Dieting and eating

Okay weight management class: I am on a low carb, Hi protein, Low calorie diet. It has been sooo hard, so day one was Saturday and I cheeted SOOO bad! Day to sunday I didnt even keep track Iwas at my moms, but didnt eat much at all which is just as bad. Monday I was great I followed it to a tee!! Really every week day so far I have been folowing it, at first I was soooo hungry but im on day 6 and the meals are starting to fill me up so I am feeling very confident about continuing.
